Robert L. Todd is the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Success and Completion for the University System of Georgia’s Office of Educational Access and Success. He currently leads multiple initiatives to address the goals of the USG Complete College Georgia plan. These include the Gates Foundation Next Generation Degree in 3 Project to provide four-year degrees in shortened time via guided pathways. He directs efforts to review and publish the Complete College Georgia plans for state institutions of higher education, grants and administers Innovation project funding for institutions, and creates state/regional symposia to support university efforts. Previously, he directed the Georgia Institute of Technology’s “Accessible Information Laboratory” where he conducted research, teaching and information dissemination on new models of STEM education. Todd provides skills in grant writing, project direction, and research and implementation of new models in education.
